How we use AI. CareersCrossroad uses automated tools, including an AI model
provided by Google, to compare your profile and résumé with open jobs and to recommend
candidates to employers. It looks at job-related information: skills, work experience,
education and training. We remove contact details from your résumé before it is sent to an
AI provider, and your name is removed from the text used to rank you. We do not use gender,
ethnicity, date of birth, photos or where you live in these evaluations. Employers make hiring
